International activities
  • Making a contract with GIZ Institute in Germany and holding short-term training courses for professors and experts of Afghanistan universities supported by the institute, which was initially held in summer 2016.
  • Trying to attract foreign students, especially from Middle-eastern and Persian-speaking countries.
  • Trying to recruit a fellow professor from abroad.
  • Holding joint courses for master and Ph.D. degrees with the University of Freiburg, Germany, and the University of Montana, Austria.
  • An oversea patent for the department.
  • Holding the international training courses for IMIDRO (Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization).
