Numerical Modeling Laboratory and Computational Centre

Numerical modeling laboratory and computational Centre of the Department of Mining was established in 2010. The main goals are to carry out research projects and graduate studies of the department. This laboratory is equipped with four fast and powerful computers and also is equipped with many engineering software. Faculty members and graduate students can use the software to carry out their research projects and advanced numerical modeling. Also, it has provided an environment for numerical code development. The main objective of the computational center is to offer mine design computational services to the industry.
